By accessing or using Signavex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Signavex is a stock market scanning and analysis tool that uses technical indicators, fundamental data, and economic data to surface investment candidates. The Service includes dashboards, AI-generated briefs, backtesting features, and economic analysis.

3. No Financial Advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information, signals, scores, and AI-generated content are for educational and informational purposes only. You should not rely on the Service as a basis for any investment decision. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Data is sourced from third-party providers (Polygon.io, Alpha Vantage, FRED) and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Signavex makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Past performance of any signal, backtest, or indicator does not guarantee future results.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data obtained from the Service; (c) interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signavex and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.

8. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier provides limited access to scan results. The Pro tier provides full access to all features including historical data, backtesting, and detailed candidate analysis.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your account. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

10. Service Modifications and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify the Service, its features, and pricing at any time. Pricing changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes via email.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. If your account is terminated, any active paid subscription will be cancelled and prorated as appropriate.
