If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is collected and processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details on our servers. We do not collect social media profiles or other personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used solely for account authentication and essential service communications. We do not send marketing emails or share your information with advertisers.

3. Data Storage

Account data is stored in a secured database. Scan results, economic data, and AI briefs are stored server-side and associated with the application, not with individual user accounts.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third-party services:

• Data Providers (Polygon.io, Alpha Vantage, FRED): retrieve market and economic data. No personal user data is shared with these providers.
• Anthropic: generates AI-powered market analysis. No personal user data is shared.
• Stripe: processes subscription payments. Stripe collects payment information directly on their hosted checkout page. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• SendGrid: delivers transactional emails (account verification, password reset). Your email address is shared with SendGrid for delivery purposes only. See Twilio/SendGrid Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting the site administrator.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
